I blog because the Lord put it on my heart as something He wants to use me in. I am constantly pursuing Him and wisdom in being a wife and mother. Why not share it with you?

Yes, but it’s very raw and personal, so it can be awkward at times.

I blog at home during the kids’ nap times or after they’ve gone to bed. Sometimes I’ll try to sneak in a short post during snack time.

I write pretty much every day. I enjoy it so much; if I miss a day, I’m sad. I don’t read blogs as often as I write them… maybe twice a week. I’m a bookworm.

Nature, stopping in the middle of a hectic day to spend time on the floor with my kids, heart-to-heart talks with my husband, but mostly, the quiet time I spend with my sweet Jesus. He speaks with such grace. How could I not be inspired?

I have an online book club for homemakers. We go through different books at a time and discuss them on the blog.

I have changed so much through blogging. God has really worked on my heart during this time. As I go through daily life, I feel held accountable by my blog. People I know read it; if I feel the urge to raise my voice at my toddler, their eyebrows will go up, and I remember yesterday’s post about having a calm spirit. It’s actually kinda funny!
