I blog because I love to write. I also enjoy the community that you become a part of as a blogger. While I write other blogs professionally, my blog is my own creative outlet. I write about life, my kids, and anything else that’s on my mind.

I’ve been regularly blogging since 2007.

I blog a lot about art, music, parenting, philanthropy, living in Maine and musings of daily life as a working mom. I also love infographics and bacon!

I read Simple Living Family regularly. I also enjoy reading the many blogs on Blogher.com.

Keep it simple. Write what you know. Blog often. Interact with your readers. Visit other sites and comment. Repeat!

I love interacting with readers through comments. Please stop by and chat with me!

I sure hope so!

I’m not much of a forum person. Not unless I’m looking for specific information. And that’s usually technical stuff.

I mostly blog at home. When it’s nice out, I like to take my laptop outside and write. I write when I have time and/or just feel inspired.

I try to blog at least twice per week. I’m always reading other blogs!

I use Technorati sparingly. I mostly find interesting blogs through Google searches, BlogHer.com or Twitter.

Seems like ages ago, but I remember going to a business blogging seminar in 2006. I was immediately hooked on blogging, for business and personal use.

I have no idea. As I tell people who say they don’t read blogs, “everyone reads blog, they just don’t realize it.” Blogs are all about sharing information. Eventually, someone wants to find the information you are sharing.

My kids. Bold colors. Bold statements. Philanthropy. Bacon. Things that make me happy.

AnotherJennifer.com also includes my Writing Lab, where I offer my services as a copywriter, blogger and new media consultant. I also write the Crossroads for Women blog, which is about Women and Substance Abuse and explores addiction, treatment and recovery for women and their families.

Blogging allows me to learn about myself in so many ways. It also allows me to connect with so many wonderful people in both professional and personal ways. The blogosphere is a small world, and I’m happy to be a part of it!
