I want to share my life with others. The blog started as a way to share pictures of my son’s life with friends and family, but then it grew from there. I have documented our home renovations with helpful tips along the way. I also started a prayer circle to help others in need.

I started a couple of months after my son was born, I think in January of 2010.

I have learned that I am so much more than just a mom or a wife. I am a woman with opinions, hopes, and a dream to inspire those around me. I look at other women’s blogs and I think of how inspiring they are. They lead full, wonderful lives!

I admit that I do find myself slightly discouraged if I reach out to a larger blog (offering a comment, wanting to join their blog list, or feature my blog) and they don’t respond or simply pass me by. I feel like I have something to offer. As my blog grows, I am aware of the way I felt then and hope to not do the same to others.
