Blogging allows you to explore your creative side and you also get to interact and meet people from all parts of the world. I like to share information on healthy eating and help inspire others to try adding new food into their diet.

I actually started blogging about 2 years ago. I first started a blog that shared my life with my son who has special needs. I found that I loved blogging so much, that I created a second blog about 6 months ago that is related to food and health which is my passion.

I like to blog about new raw food recipes, super foods, product reviews, raw food events and meet ups.

I like to read any food related blog that focuses on healthy eating. I think it is really important to eat well.

My advice to blogging is to have fun with it. To share some things about yourself as this allows you to develop a relationship with your followers. Blog often and provide your readers with feedback and information on your topic.

Yes I love to and this is one of the best parts of blogging. You get to interact with others.

Yes a lot of my friends read my blog. My husband and my sister like reading it to. I want them all to get their Blyssful Health Fix.

I visit Raw Food Rehab, Crazy Sexy Diet and Foodbuzz.

I blog from home, usually late at night when the children are asleep:)

No

My son and daughter inspire me. My son has been through a lot in his short little life. I am also inspired by people who want to feel better and trying to be healthy and making changes.

I am currently creating a website that will be linked to my blog that will feature what I feel is the top of the line as far as raw food and health product. I will also be doing raw food coaching for those that want to learn.

Blogging has been an fun journey. You get to use a lot of skills and you get to be creative. I also really enjoy making new friends through blogging. I love reading other bloggers post as well.
