I blog because I am a mom of 3 boys who is so much of a girlie-girl. I love my boys dearly, having a blog and an online boutique is definitely my “own space” to be a girl.

I started blogging about 6 months ago.

I love blogging about beauty on the inside and out. I feel so much emphasis is put on external beauty, it’s nice to chat about inner beauty, as well. I of course love makeup, fashion and celebrity looks, too . . .so I touch on those subjects, as well. Some of the time I will highlight some products from my own online store, but I also highlight products from other stores as well. I love supporting my fellow moms!

I love fashion blogs and inspirational blogs. One of my favorites is http://www.babblingsofamommy.com Another mom who loves chatting about life in mommyhood and fashion.

My advice to newbies is support, support, support and network, network, network. I believe supporting fellow bloggers has gave me the success I have today in such short time. I also believe to write what is in your heart – no copycats!

I love comments and so much appreciate people taking the time to share their thoughts. If I have a response to their comment, or their comment requires a response, I of course take that time to respond.

Yes, my mom and dad will both check in on my blog. I recently blogged about my childhood memories with my mom.

I visit many forums regularly. I especially love SITS (The Secret is in the Sauce) and Mommy Bloggers Club. They have great women on their who are all about supporting one another.

I have 3 little boys, and one of them is a baby still at home with me. My other two boys are in elementary school, so when the baby naps or plays on his own, I sit down and write. I love blogging, and try to do it every chance I get.

That’s a tough question. Between balancing mommyhood, “wifehood” and as owner of a boutique, it’s so hard to put in numbers how much I actually blog. I blog here and there and often.

I mostly find blogs to read on forums. These have driven the most traffic my way.

I actually first heard about blogging from my web designer. She had mentioned that having a blog would be a great addition to our online store.

Honestly, I do not remember. It may have been a local blog here in Charlotte called, Charlottesmartiepants.com A very informative blog!

I strongly believe in giving, charity and being kind. I try to regularly instill good values within my children. Those teachings inspired me. Celebrities that are role-models also inspired me.

Blogging has brought me back to my roots a bit. I used to always love to write and journal, really taking note of my thoughts . . . now I feel I am doing that again, in a public way.
