When my kids were first diagnosed with food allergies I was suprised by the lack of support for families who are dealing with food allergies. I started blogging to find a support network of other moms who are dealing with food allergies. I have found just that. Other moms who “get it.” It is a great place to share ideas and vent frustrations. I also love helping people who are nre to food allergies so they may not be as frustrated and overwhealmed as I was. It is very theraputic and I have found some on line friends.

I am new to blogging, I just started in April 2008

Most of the entries are related to food allergies including recipies, new products, commentary on newsworthy stories and other pertinent food allergy information. Some entries are also related to general mom and kid stuff.

I am always searching out new blogs to read. Some I read regularly are listed in my blogroll.

A friend mentioned it. I did not know what a huge blogging community existed.

My kids, helping people, finding new ideas.

I have found great support and comraderie in blogging. It also helps keep my mind and communication skills sharp. I am glad to hear from readers that they find the information in my blogs to be helpful.
