I used to think I blogged for my dad, but the truth is I blog for myself. It is a personal journal that I share with the world. Plus, some of these tales are just too funny not to tell.
My father, who passed away in spring of 2008, was nearly deaf. I started the blog to keep in touch with him. Next, it grew into my personal diary. Finally, I started sharing with family, friends, and everyone else on the web.
Everything funny about everyday life. With two young kids, a business, and regular life, I never run out of material.
I regularly read the blogs at Triangle Mom 2 Mom as well as those blogs listed on my own Blogroll.
Absolutely. The call me, email me, and drive me crazy when I don’t post for a few days.
Blogger. What can I say - It’s free.
2-3 hours. I maintain my blog and am a contributor to the Raleigh News & Observer’s Triangle Mom 2 Mom website.
Blogging has led me to start a new career in writing. You never know the path life will take. You could have taken money from me that my dad going deaf would lead an engineer to writing. Go figure.
