I blog because I feel like communication is essential, both in my business and personal life. I love connecting with other moms and business women who share similar interests. What a great way to share our experiences!

I began blogging this Spring when my 7 year old asked if I had a blog!

I blog about my daily routine - trying to squeeze in my work time while being with my two little boys all day.

Keep your blog entries up-to-date, short and fun to read and people will keep checking back.

Normally people email me with questions, but comments are better, I love to have records connecting chats to actual entries.

Yep, I force all of them to read it :)

i visit mostly work related forums (etsy and Dawanda) I have to limit my online time so I can play in the sandbox with my kids.

I blog at night, when the kids are in bed and I have one quiet monent.

I find that writing in my blog forces me to take time to reflect on my life and work in a more objective way, if only for a few minutes of my day. If you know that others are going to read it, you have to think - am I being fair and true to the situation, or just ranting.

Meeting others who share similar passions through blogging is rewarding and has creating a much more supportive environment for a work-at-home, stay-at-home mom like me.
