Lil' Angel Designs is a mom owned and operated, run by me, Amber. When looking for bows for my girls I found very limited choices and high prices. So, I started making cute bows for my two daughters and friends. I received such warm comments and praises, that I decide to offer my products and affordable prices to other moms!
