I don't know how I found your blog but it is such a joy to me as I sit here reading it, tears pouring down my face. I too have a habit of "praying on the fly". The only time I seem to have to really focus is at the very end of my yoga class...then I can really focus on God and all He has done for me. I really need to set aside a time to really focus on Him. It is a comfort though to know that He knows my heart. As a sidenote: We listen to lots of Praise & Worship music in the car and sing and praise Him as we go about our daily business. ~N Genny - I can so relate to your post.
