Trust Him Who Knows All

“The very hairs on your head are numbered” Matthew 10:30 KJV.

Standing over the trashcan, pulling hair out of my hairbrush, these words of Jesus ran through my mind. The God of all the universe knew when each of these hairs fell out and the number left behind.

More than that, He is able to go beyond the recesses of our hair follicles.

Before there is a word on my tongue, He knows it (Psalm 139:4).

Conviction over lack of surrendering every detail of my life to an all-knowing God swept over me. How can we neglect the most amazing resource known to man? So easily we ask a friend for advice. Some even turn to Dr. Phil or self-help books.

What an intimate God we serve who knows every hair and idle thought. He longs for us to seek Him.

And ye shall seek me, and find [me], when ye shall search for me with all your heart (Jeremiah 29:13).

Ask the omniscient Father who knows all. Search out answer in His word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path. If He knows the number of hairs on your head, how much more does He know the problems and questions that you are dealing with in your life?
