So often I feel like I'm failing God in everything I do. I see how much I fall short of Him and I wonder that He would ever want me to be with Him. Learning to trust in His grace, mercy and LOVE is so challenging, maybe because I was brought up to "appreciate" the value of earning my way through life. Though my parents were exteremely loving and giving that message was always there, underlying much of what we did. Reading this is a reminder that I don't need to "do" anything but trust I am God's beloved child. Thank you for writing this - God was really speaking to me through you.
