I like to just rejoice in His presence in the moment. I also think a hug, a handshake, a kiss on the cheek can speak volumes. Kids are also so observant and they watch closely what we do, much more than listen to what we say. Actions are powerful. So good. We never know if and when the person we encounter day to day is watching us...sometimes they could even show up at our church!! We should aim to reflect God and be His witnesses.
