I wish I had known about this sooner--we had TONS of coupons for formula, which we didn't use (and, have since gone into the trash!)
I would like to suggest to everyone to ask your supermarkets if they do accept expired coupons. I used to work for a grocery store, and while we never advertised that we accepted expired coupons, we absolutely accepted them. So, it may be worth it to at least ask.

Yes, I have sold baby coupons and I have purchased coupons too. I used to buy Nutramagin or enfamil coupons, because I to have a medical fragile baby that was costing me a bundle. Now that we are in the toddler state, I just buy Pediasure coupons occasionally.

I haven't had to buy medical supplies on ebay but my son is on oxygen and our dumb DME kept sending me out Adult Cannula's, so I sold those on ebay too.

I've never been one to actually buy coupons on eBay but I definitely sell them. When I was still expecting my son I signed up for all the formula clubs. They send you coupons in the mail for awhile. I'm still getting them and he is 14 months old. Formula coupons are HOT on eBay. I'll have a lot for $10 worth of savings and people will bid upwards $8 for it and it cost me nothing. So, yes coupons are great on eBay. ;-)
