Hello again! I’m interrupting the regularly scheduled devotional to share a little bit of information.
Due to recent events, Heather will be taking a break from the business end of Faith Lifts, and I will be filling in for her for a while. If you have submitted questions, blogroll requests, etc., please keep an eye out over the next couple days. If you don’t receive a response, or see your blog appear on the blogroll, please resubmit your request and I will get to it as soon as possible! Bear with me - I’m learning a whole bunch of new stuff!
We have had people ask what they can do to help. The simplest answer is to ask that you click on over to BooMama’s site. On Wednesday, April 18, she will be hosting a Love Offering for Heather.
And not only that, Beth, from I Should Be Folding Laundry is also hosting a “Spread The Word” prize giveaway for the wonderful people who choose to promote BooMama’s event on their blogs. Please take a look over there for all the rules of participation and the good ol’ Mr. Linky!
Most of all, however, I know that Heather and her family covet your prayers. Our God is good. We know He is in full control, and much good will come of this difficult situation.

Lundie thank you SOOOOOO MUCH for filling in! We are so grateful to you and we appreciate your work so much!
I still can’t believe this is really happening! I miss Heather so much - it seems so strange not to be chatting with her on the phone and working together. I can’t even imagine how terrifying it must be for her and her family. As if they haven’t had a hard enough road as it is!!!
