					<description>Wonderful! I can relate to the last minute rushes...despite how many times you give advance warning. One other strategy I've found for carpet...buy the beigest beige you can find. The color of dirt is your friend!  Good thing brown is now an 'in' color.

					<description>Oh, does this bring back memories. My youngest is now 15 and the car and computer treatment work well. Clean room, he can drive and get on the computer. Dirty room, no car, no computer. 

It is amazing how fast he can clean his room when he wants to! ha!

On the other hand my eldest son always had a clean, organized room. Personality does have a lot to do with it.
