Easter Basket Lemon Cupcakes

- 1 lemon or yellow cake mix
- 1 lemon instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- ¾ cup water
- ¾ cup salad oil
- Mix cake mix and instant pudding together; add eggs and water, beating for 2 minutes. Add salad oil, and beat for another 2 minutes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 18-20 minutes. When cupcakes have baked, remove from pan, and allow to cool.
- Once cupcakes have thoroughly cooled, decorate and enjoy!
