Sometimes a girl can use a little extra help.
You know those places on your body – those bulges – that you seem to be stuck with forever??? You can exercise and eat well, but those stubborn fat cells have gotten together for a party on your tummy (or your thighs!) and they aren’t going anywhere.
Two years ago, I had a chance to get some extra help banishing those unwanted bulges off my body with CoolSculpting — and I loved it!
It helped firm up my tummy and love handles, and reduced the extra fat I have carried on my belly since I had my babies. In fact, I loved it so much and it was so easy to have done, I would love to do it again.
Now, don’t get me wrong. CoolSculpting isn’t surgery and I didn’t have a dramatic ten pounds of belly fat carved off my body.
No, CoolSculpting is a non-invasive way to get rid of unwanted fat on the stomach, flank (love handles) and thighs.
The CoolSculpting procedure is not intended as a weight loss program for overweight individuals. The best candidates are people near their ideal body weight with stubborn fat that have not responded to diet and exercise.
The results are more subtle, but I definitely felt the changes were noticeable. I felt better about wearing my bikini — stretch marks and all. (Hey, I earned those stripes!)

Do You Want to See CoolSculpting LIVE
Two years ago, when I had my CoolSculpting treatment, I turned the camera on myself to show you how the procedure was done. Here is the video:
You Are Not Alone
In case you are feeling like you are the only one who obsesses over those bumps and bulges, or you feel guilty for even spending time thinking about such things, you are not alone.
Most of us women feel insecure about our bodies — especially as we get older and gravity and aging has its fun with us. And while we are so grateful for all we have, and those precious children that added a few scars, it is awfully nice to have a chance to help out our diet and exercise efforts.
In fact, 74% of women surveyed during research for CoolSculpting by Wakefield Research want to improve their stomach area, and 54% want to improve their thighs…
Want to WIN???
I know you want it… And yes, you might win it!
You can enter to win two CoolSculpting thigh treatments and a $500 shopping spree! (Total value of grand prize is $2000.)

Yes, we’ve also seen some great results from cool sculpting, it’s interesting how subtle differences in treatment can produce quite different results for different patients.

Great to see some positive results from this procedure. A lot of people would prefer a less invasive alternative to liposuction, glad to see it being promoted!
