My Girls Met Their Favorite Princess – Sofia The First #DisneySMMoms

My girls’ favorite princess is “Sofia The First”. We were so blessed to meet Sofia during the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration 2014. Also, we were given the chance to review the new DVD Sofia the First: The Floating Palace which was sent to us by Walt Disney Motion Pictures Canada.

Meeting Sofia The First

My girls love Sofia The First and so do I.

They love that Sofia is the only Disney Princess who is a little girl like they are. And I love that Sofia is part of a blended family. The characters and music are fabulous… just as you’d expect from Disney.

(My Sophia even had a “Sofia the First” themed sixth birthday party.)

Sofia The First - The Floating PalaceAs well as being fans of Sofia the First, my Julia and Sophia also adore mermaids. So they are thrilled with the new magical full-length adventure Sofia the First: The Floating Palace.

This movie takes you under the sea with Sofia the First! After Sofia helps a young mermaid named Oona, Sofia’s amulet grants her the power to transform into a mermaid and visit her new friend’s secret underwater kingdom. But when Cedric (disguised as a sea monster) plots to steal Oona’s enchanted Mermaid Comb, danger surfaces for both worlds. With a little help from special guest, Princess Ariel, Sofia embarks on an adventure to rescue Oona.

And the DVD also includes these three other episodes…

  1. Tri-Kingdom Picnic
  2. Finding Clover
  3. Make Way for Miss Nettle

If you have little girls, I imagine you’re already fans of Sofia the First… so don’t miss Sofia the First: The Floating Palace.
