    I love all the different colors. We have 10 children and while some are not yet school age it is wonderful to be able to have each child with there own color of supplies.

    I love the new filler paper that has a patterned reinforcement stripe down the left side. It’s so cute!! But kind of expensive.

    Not sure about what the most exciting trend is, but the colors and styles are so much better than what the had available when I was a kid. Love the backpacks and lunch boxes, and the binders and folders are fun too. I also think it’s cool how kids have learned to make things they can use out of duct tape! lol

    I like the sets of supplies with the matching patterns. I can’t always afford them, but, I think they have come a long way since I was in school and covering my books with papers bags.

    Fashion colors and patterns for notebooks..they’ve gotten a little more mature and that’s good when you have a teenager. She’s no longer into puppies and kitties on her notebooks

    This post makes me feel like a really old slacker mom. I had no idea that there were “trends” in school supplies. Nor have I followed any such thing. My trend is CHEAPEST PER UNIT PRICE since I’m always buying multiples. :)
