    I would hope this would work for me because it’s not just another diet. It is a full comprehensive plan. I love that it has a meals menu planner and also a snack and treat guide. I would hope it would be a benefit to my whole family.

    This sounds like something that is doable because you are using foods that we know and have. I hate when I have to go buy foods that I’ve never heard of and prepare in ways that takes hours to do. I like that this treats more than just the food and gives you tools daily. There is so much more to losing weight than just eating less & exercising more. It’s being happy at the same time…not feeling deprived and making it fit into your life. If that doesn’t happy, you won’t be able to sustain the changes and even if you lose, you’ll gain it back. Would love to try this plan out.

    I’m not really sure if the program would work, but I’ve gotten to the point where I can use any help that I can get. I am still reading up on what this program has to offer and how it works. I’ve gained a lot of weight since losing my husband three years ago and giving up cigarettes. I would like to start dating, but my self esteem is at an all time new low.
