Join us on On Tuesday, Dec. 11, from 2-3 p.m. CT for a fun and very informative Twitter chat. We will be chatting with (@SleepNumberSara) who will bethe resident sleep expert and @SleepGeekPete. We will be sharing tips and advice designed to help you manage your stress levels during the holiday season, and get as much restorative sleep as possible.

By joining in this fun chat, you could win a Queen Sleep Number p5 bed with standard UPS shipping. All you have to do is register and participate in the chat on Twitter (using the #SleepNumber hashtag), or on the Sleep Number Facebook page (just click on the “Join Our Chat” tab).

Visit the Sleep Number Facebook page, expand the new apps view, and click on the “Join Our Chat” app to log-in and participate on Tuesday afternoon. Login with a username and include #sleepnumber in all your comments.


Follow @SleepNumberSara, @SleepGeekPete and @5MinutesForMom on Twitter. Remember to include the #sleepnumber hashtag in all your tweets. This allows us to see your feedback during the discussion.
