The other night I took my family to dinner at Subway. It’s a way that we can go out to eat and still feel like we are eating a little healthier. I already had in mind what I was going to get – my never fail Steak and Cheese sub – but then I saw Subway’s new sandwich and I was in heaven!
All the flavors of Tuscany in the palm of your hand! This delicious sub is loaded with tender, juicy chicken tossed in zesty herb seasoning, then freshly toasted with melted cheese on your choice of bread. It’s topped with a tasty balsamic vinaigrette. With just eight grams of fat on a 6” sub, it’s healthy and tastes great.
When I took the first bite, it was like being in an authentic Italian restaurant, enjoying my favorite meal. To make it even healthier, I piled it high with veggies and got whole wheat bread to boot.
