Say It Forward – Week 20: Today’s Loyal Commentor is Jessie from Muthering Heights and other senseless sensibility.

Jessie, the proud mother of two, with a third on the way, is more than just a mom. She’s an artist, a wife, and homemaker, and the writer of a great blog. Merging her knowledge and love for art and photography with great writing skills, Jessie’s blog is enjoyable, sweet and fun.

Jessie shares her life in sweet prose while talking about the day she nearly lost her daughter, she recollects humor perfectly when telling us about the day her husband cut up her meat, and she’s nothing short of hilarious when she’s flashing back to the horrid outfits of her past.

Jessie describes herself this way: I’m 25 years old, married to the man of my dreams, and the proud mother of two baby girls (with a boy on the way). I graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Art Education for Museums & Cultural Institutions with a Minor in Art History. (If you’ve ever studies either of these topics, you know that the mind must be constantly focusing on 17 things at a time.) One day, in the middle of my plans to become a museum educator and the greatest wife ever, God looked at me and pronounced, “Surprise! I have a better job for you. Don’t mess this up!”

While I am, in fact, the greatest wife ever, I’m now applying my degree to my position in the ever-challenging and changing field of homemaking as a stay-at-home-mother. I love being home with my children, and I’d like to think I run a pretty tight ship…most of the time anyway.
