…and after playing around for a while, decided to have a little fun and turn it into this…
note: I used the Black&White function, did a reverse where I uncovered the blue of the stuffed monster, added a Tilt Shift effect, some text, and a Drop Shadow frame.
When I was ready to move on, I used a picture of my own that I had taken at my cousin’s wedding. It wasn’t the greatest and I was a little sad that it was so dark. You couldn’t see the kids’ faces. But with BeFunky I was able to make it better. I’m not a professional photographer, but I was able to brighten it and add some effects that I thought made it a little bit better. It’s not perfect but it’s creative. And it was fun. That is what matters. We need to embrace the imperfect and have fun with it.
I was so pleased with how it turned out. You can see the kids and their expressions and it has a pretty, dreamy look about it. It took me less than 5 minutes to do this. Super easy and FAST.

I use this! And, I love it — it is fantastic as a photo editor. I love it for correcting white balance and sharpening … and it does have great effect. Love it!
