I am not one for going out to eat all the time, especially at lunch.     When I pack a lunch for myself, I always include a good source of protein along with a few carbs and some healthy fats. Greek yogurt is one of my favorites — I top it with some walnuts or almonds and a few chocolate chips. Yum!

    When I pack a lunch for myself, I also make sure to include a little healthy snack for after lunch! 100 Calorie snacks, sugar-free pudding or homemade energy balls are things I look forward too!

    Protein … I’m on a high protein diet since having gastric bypass surgery last October so my diet requires, at the very least 64 grams of protein every day. I try to make sure the majority of my protein is eaten during my work day.

    I like to have something sweet like chocolate. I keep a lot of stuff at my office, so I actually just have to pack up the food at home. I have mustard, cutlery, napkins and all that good stuff at work.

    I make sure to include healthy foods (that will fill me up – this includes soup) and always fruit for a dessert, instead of a sugary concoction! These Tupperware sets look wonderful!

    I always include a drink and fruit, then either soup or a sandwich. Sometimes I treat myself with a cookie. : )

    I wish I was better about packing a lunch for me…..the kids’ lunches are always packed and I usually grab something while running out the door. I’m sure this would help!

    Something sweet! I have a sweet tooth, and if I just have something little, like one cookies or a piece of chocolate, it keeps me from craving stuff throughout the day!

    4 days per week, when I’m headed to the office :( I always try to grab either leftovers or a sandwich + fruit.

    Ok… + chocolate, if available!

    I always make sure to include some kind of fruit or vegetable, whether it be a piece of fruit, some soup, or whatever.

    I like to take a couple cinnamon gram crackers with me so I have something sweet without a load of calories.

    I only have to make lunch for my husband. I include fork, spoon, knife, handwipe, dinner from lunch the day before, and few side items.

    I usually make a cheese sandwich and grab some side items like raisins, fig newtons, maybe some chips, or a fruit cup. And probably some mint patties.
