DailyFeats and Oprah Magazine Present the ‘Random Acts of O’ Challenge

DailyFeats has partnered with O, The Oprah Magazine for Random Acts of O each month on Facebook.

Random Acts of O are mini challenges that spark kindness for your community, your friends and even for yourself. This month, it’s all about 2-minute mini-makeovers for your life.  In those 2 minutes, you can be on your way to getting healthier, relaxing, getting organized, and getting focused.

Right now four different spots are being featured:

  • cleaning out your bag to declutter,
  • meditating to reduce stress,
  • being your biggest fan (rather than your biggest critic),
  • and a 2 minute boot camp to get your heart rate up when you don’t have time for a full workout.

I am loving every last one of these makeovers.  While I never seem to have much time to spare for anything extra, I can definitely find two minutes here and there.

I actually started with the meditation.

It was relaxing and just what I needed.
