    Wash your face so that your free of all make up and creams and such then look in the mirror and say I am beautiful just the way God made me. It is important to love yourself in your natural state. Then when you add make up you can add it in such a way to just accent your features and not to create a whole new you

    Makeup is okay in moderation, but caking it on everyday leaves the skin lifeless. Tone it down and be natural!

    I have 3 tips:

    Keep hydrated

    Wear a minimum SPF 30 all over, even on overcast days

    Eat spinach salads with lots of veggies and other dark, leafy greens

    If i am having a really down day i like to get up and take a nice hot shower. Then get some makeup and clothes on. Something about being put together instantly makes me feel a little better about my day. Like if everything is going to fall apart atleast i look good while its doing it lol.

    Beauty starts from within- stay away from any food that has ingredients you cannot pronounce- manmade chemicals are not recognized by the human body, so they put a strain on your liver & kidneys.

    my tip is to use a facial moisturizing mist spray. it’s amazing. you apply it just after washing your face in the morning before applying any makeup. it freshens your face and makes you feel alive and invigorated.. I make these for myself (as I make my own toiletries). It also works as an amazing base to your make up and holds your make up in place for the day…

    For me it helps to be as comfortable as possible. Loose, but not baggy clothes, go light on the makeup, drink plenty of water, light scented perfumes and I also take a daily vitamin.

Just as important eating right, sleeping well, regular exercise, taking vitamins, healthy diet and manage your weight. Listen to your body. Commit to aging well. And guess what?
