    I could really benefit from an offer like this, I work crazy hours sometimes, so I’d be able to pick my own hours in which to attend.

    I would want to have them find exercises I can do that work with the limited use of my left arm and hand

    Like all Moms, I tend to forget about myself and concentrate on my family. As a results I put on 20 extra pounds. I would love to have a little bit of time just for me because unless I take care of myself, I will not be able to be able to take care of my family.

    I need to improve the muscles around my knees without using those knees too much, first of all. I’d also like to improve the look of my arms.
