		<description>I have to say this to save your knees.  :)  When you do the squats, don&#039;t let your knee go too far forward past the toes of that foot.  Otherwise, you may have knee pain.  Plus, it&#039;ll work your leg muscles better.

This is a great idea!  I can modify this to use with my kids, too, for homeschool PE.  Thank you!</description>

		<description>Sounds like a good idea.  My husband is in the Army and he uses a deck of cards when he leads PT (physical training) to tell everyone what to do when.  I think you could add some in there too if you wanted, things to do on face cards that are different from the number cards.  Great ideas, keep them coming!</description>
