What perfect timing. I’m the advisor for a new club at the high school where I teach. I have an enthusiastic group of high school students who have formed a chapter of Business Professionals of America. Yesterday, during our meeting, they decided to hold a bake sale. We’re operating at a deficit at the moment and need to raise some funds. These kids intend to make it all the way to finals in their first year of competing. I love their enthusiasm.

The one thing I have found a hard time trying to be more “natural when cooking” is whenever I am baking anything! Baking from scratch takes forever, and although I do it, it’s hard to find the time so I use shortcuts often (mixes).

I’ve never heard of Naturally Nora prior to this post so thank you for the introduction. My 2-year-old daughter and I love baking cupcakes together, but sometimes I do worry about the artificial ingredients. I’d love to try out NN to do a “taste test” and see how they compare to traditional brands.

What a wonderful mix (pardon the pun) of prizes in this Grand Prize giveaway! My children love to eat cakes and cookies and I try to steer them towards eating more healthier foods. But let’s face it, kids should enjoy some sweets once in a while so it is so great to learn about these Naturally Nora mixes! The best part about these mixes is that they look beautiful - it’s not a stodgy, dry cake that you have to deal with if you want to avoid dairy. This is brilliant!
