		<description>I&#039;m lucky enough to work near the Brooklyn Bridge. I try my hardest to take a walk back and forth on my lunch break--it clears my mind, gets me away from stress and surrounded by a beautiful view. Your five minute workout at home sounds intense but refreshing! I&#039;ll have to try it this weekend.</description>
