The first question is making me feel dumb, because I’m not exactly sure what a facebook group is. In the “More Social” section of the Windows facebook page, there are four tabs: Everyone, Business, Developer, and Student. But I can’t figure out how to “join” them so I’m not sure that’s the right answer.
