Today I am bringing you a simple yet delicious side dish recipe. This 5 ingredient cilantro lime rice is so easy to make and goes perfectly with any Mexican dish.
I ate it with my 5 ingredient salsa verde ranch chicken and it turned out so yummy.

This cilantro lime rice is the perfect blend of sour from the lime and richness from the cilantro. I personally love both of those ingredients in any mexican dish! Here is the simple recipe:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- ¼ bunch cilantro
- 2 Tbsp oil
- pinch of salt
- Heat oil in large skillet
- Add rice, cilantro, salt, and lime juice and stir
- Continue to stir until rice is slightly browned
